Improve the return of people answering the survey by posting to gain more accurate by posting on virtual forum and leaving reminders around the surgery.
We have set up a Google Business account so that we can respond to the reviews accordingly and in good time.
Move the patient group online so that we can discuss matters of the surgery with a wider demographic.
Customer Care Training
All front of house staff to undertake customer care training in order to improve staff/patient relationships.
To continue improving contact with patients to improve uptake on screening. Designated staff members to focus on this to alleviate pressures on GP.
