Requesting repeat prescriptions

There are many ways you can request further supplies of your regular medications. We take requests in the following ways:

• By completing our Repeat Prescriptions Request form
• By post: please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope if you wish to have the prescription sent back by post

If you can’t collect your prescription you can contact Robard’s Chemist on this number 020 7223 7564 and they will collect the prescription for you.

We do not take prescriptions over the phone. Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be processed.
