Appointment System

We operate an appointment only system and will offer you an appointment with a GP up to 3 weeks in advance.

Routine appointments are from 08:00 – 18:30.

We also offer early morning appointments from 07:30 on 3 mornings a week and also late evening appointments from 18:30 – 20:00 on 4 days a week.

Please note that we have a 15 minute late policy, if you arrive late you may be asked to re-book for another time.

Telephone Advice

The practice operates a triage system for emergency appointments. This means that if you require to be seen on the same day with something you feel is urgent you will be asked to leave your telephone number in order for either a nurse practitioner or doctor to call you back. They may either be able to deal with the problem over the phone or if they feel they need to see you, will give you an appointment that day.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please visit our online cancellation triage, as this will allow us to give the slot to someone else.
